Write a book that sells by putting yourself into it

Nonfiction book writing and information product creation can be made easier and far more effective when you fill it with personal experiences, anecdotes and examples.

In-demand instructional information is nice. But it makes reading more interesting and learning easier when you add a dash of personal observation and insight into the mix. leave the pure instruction approach for the textbook writer. You have important information to share. Don't undervalue the information you've already gleaned from a lifetime of experience. If writing about your business or industry, you've seen, heard and experienced things that not many others have. Whether you're writing about your work, a hobby, or a special interest you have keen insights to doing things better, faster, cheaper, or better in some way. Do not assume that everyone knows what you know and therefore your information is irrelevant. Such is rarely the case.

You might see your topic everywhere and think that it's overdone. But remember this: no one else can tell it quite like you. You could hand out identical outlines on the exact same topic with the exact same details to 100 different writers and what you've get back is 100 completely different books. Just write it your way and get it done.

Share openly and do not hold back your best information. Tell your readers what you know. Help others to grow and what happens is this: you grow too. You grow as part of the process. That's just theway it is.

There's really nothing holding you back but you. Get that book or info product done and you'll have an asset that can pay dividends for years. Your book can become an income source on its own, or it can bring in new leads and attract opportunities from people and places you never considered before.

Get your book written and it boosts your profile. You'll gain valuable experience and your confidence will soar. Once you get a taste of these rewards, you'll want to do it over and over again.
